Megapixel Technology with Zoom and Panning
With high 1.3 million pixel resolution and true colour imaging system, the Mobotix IP cameras attain a resolutions 12 times as high as on analog video systems. They also have 3 levels of digital zooming and panning.
Low Bandwidth Requirements
Mobotix' MxPEG streaming format makes live video with auto fast but keeps network load extremely low at around 1-2 Mbps. The cameras themselves detect movements in the image, and transmits only when movements occur.
Voice over IP and ISDN
The Mobotix MxPEG streaming format includes lip-synchronous auto and intercome features. Room surveillance with audio is possible using Internet Explorer. Alarm notification on a mobile is just as easy as event-controlled voice messages directly from the camera.
30 Cameras Live with MxViewer
The Mobotix MxViewer is a free Windows-based application for viewing images from up to 30 Mobotix network cameras, each delivering 25 frames per second, including the transmission of audio data. The MxPEG Viewer includes an integrated layout editor for quick assembly of building plans, using full drag & drop support for positioning the live camera images. Load a floor plan as background image, drag & drop the cameras — done.
Day & Night
The Mobotix Day/Night models with two image sensors (color and monochrome) deliver brilliant color images during the day and crisp monochrome images at night. Depending on the illumination, the cameras switch lenses automatically.
Weatherproof: -30 to +60 °C
Mobotix network cameras are certified according to IP 65 and are designed for outdoor as well as indoor usage. Power over network wiring will also work in winter: no power-demanding heating is required, even at temperatures as low as -30 °C.
