At Capital IT and WEB we believe that there is no substitute for learning an application precisely in the way you will regularly use it. Thats why we do almost all our MYOB training at your location.

We come to you for three reasons:

2. By supplying MYOB training in your environment with people you work with we feel you are more comfortable and receptive. You are also more likely to ask questions;
3. It also helps us to tailor our course to your businesses MYOB requirements.

Our Approach:

Firstly when you book your MYOB training course with Capital IT and WEB we do a one hour preliminary interview to establish your training needs. Depending on the information gathered a short Training Needs Analysis (TNA) may be conducted to help our trainer better prepare a course structure.
Courses are run on site using your version of MYOB and your data whenever possible. Being familiar with the data and system when you return to work helps you relate to the information learnt which makes you more productive. Although we will run courses on our premises if the circumstances require.
To finish off our training we suggest a question and answer session approximately 2 weeks after the delegates return to work. This is to ensure that the information learnt has been retained and to answer any questions the have arisen while using MYOB.
Class sizes are limited to 6 persons with a minimum of 3 persons per training session. This is so each person gets the individual attention they need. One on one training is also available at an hourly rate.

Our trainers are certainly not limited to training and are available for MYOB setup and configuration solutions. Our trainers will support your business in all your MYOB needs.
